Entry Details: This year, we’re handling all entries on-site. If you wish to sign up for exhibitions, or have multiple horses you need spread in the draw, please message or text us in advance.
Exhibition Schedule: Exhibitions will be conducted in allocated time slots. – Barrels – 10:00-10:25, 10:30-10:55, 11:00-11:25, 11:30-12:00 – Poles – 12:15-12:45.
You may reserve your time slots ahead of time, but all reserved time slots will require a Venmo or PayPal payment to secure the spot.
Payment: Cash only day of show. Entries will remain open throughout each class to accommodate everyone.

– 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘎𝘶𝘯 – Any youth 12&U that is competitively running and wishes to run for more $ and better prizes.
– 𝘗𝘦𝘦𝘞𝘦𝘦 – Any youth 10&U that is a true beginner either assisted or unassisted. Must only be walk/trot/slow loping the pattern. (𝘗𝘦𝘦𝘞𝘦𝘦 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘠𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘨 𝘎𝘶𝘯𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘦 𝘢𝘴 𝘰𝘧 𝘈𝘶𝘨𝘶𝘴𝘵 1𝘴𝘵.)
Young Guns MAY enter or roll the Open and the Youth Poles and Barrels.
PeeWee contestants may participate in the Young Guns, Youth, and Open classes for TIME ONLY. Anyone who competes in a PeeWee class will be ineligible for payout in the Young Guns, Youth and Open.
We will kick off promptly at 1:00 pm, starting with a big drag and followed by our pole classes. 𝘐𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘪𝘯𝘤𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳, 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘭 𝘰𝘱𝘦𝘯 𝘢𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘢 𝘵𝘪𝘮𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘢𝘥𝘥𝘦𝘥 𝘵𝘰 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘩𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘵 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘴𝘤𝘳𝘦𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯.
Nomination: The series nomination fee is $55 per horse/rider combo, which will include eligibility for prizes in all classes that horse/rider combination compete in . Please note that points will only start counting after the nomination fee is paid, with no backdating allowed.
We’ve got an outstanding line-up of prizes for the series this season! Series members can look forward to a huge range of items! From high-tech Segway Ninebots to lifestyle pieces like custom cowhide bags, stools, and chairs. We’ve got heated vests, reins, headstalls, halters, western rope award wreaths, hides, cutting boards, coasters, tables, jewelry boxes, and so much more! There’s something for everyone!

Sponsorship: We are actively seeking sponsors for the event. Interested parties are encouraged to reach out for a sponsorship form.
👉🏻 Nominations for the series-end prizes will be taken through the last show of the series. These can be made at the show office ON-SITE with CASH prior to running for the points to count.
We will be giving prizes to AT LEAST 3 places. As sponsorships come in, we hope to give prizes to the top 5.
